Do agents need to know the systems they're tested on?
Not at all. That's the point. PRISM uses three different simulated environments — a healthcare CRM, a logistics platform, and an e-commerce support tool. Agents aren't expected to know any of them. They're being tested on how they think through unfamiliar problems — which is exactly what real support work looks like.
How does the PRISM scoring work?
Each scenario has a model answer and scoring criteria built by our team. Responses are evaluated across 8 thinking dimensions by the PRISM scoring engine, which provides a score and reasoning for each.
Can we create our own scenarios?
Yes — on Growth and Enterprise plans you can submit custom scenarios that we build into the system for you.
How do managers see the results?
Scores are sent directly to a manager dashboard after each session. You can see individual agent scores, team averages, and track improvement over time.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through our self-serve billing portal — no emails needed. Monthly subscriptions cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual subscriptions cancel at renewal. Click 'Manage subscription' in the footer.
